Cooking Instructions

Cooking times will VARY depending on oven.

Meat Pies:

Large Pies: Place directly onto oven rack and bake at 350F until golden brown. Approx. 75-90 minutes.
Small Pies: Place directly onto oven rack and bake at 350F until golden brown. Approx. 40-60 minutes.

Fruit Pies: Place directly onto oven rack and bake at 350F for approximately 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Pasty's: Place on a greased or parchment baking sheet and bake at 350F for 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Sausage Rolls: Place on a greased or parchment baking sheet and bake at 350F for approximately 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.

Lasagna:

If defrosted: Bake at 350F with aluminum foil on top for 50-60 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes.
If frozen: Bake at 350F for 75-90 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes.

Shepherd's Pie: 

If defrosted: Bake at 350F for 40-5o minutes or until golden brown.
If frozen: Bake at 350F for 70-80 minutes or until golden brown.

Quiche: Just defrost. To warm through cover with aluminum foil for 15 minutes.
